Order Policy
Custom orders are confirmed only after direct communication and final approval from BABA ROMA staff. Submission of an order form does not constitute an official order until confirmed. Prices, availability, and designs are subject to change based on ingredients, lead time, and complexity.
Cancellation & Refunds
Because our cakes are made to order, we may not be able to offer refunds on confirmed orders. Any cancellation requests must be made at least [e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Refunds, if approved, are issued at the discretion of management.
