BABA ROMA was founded in 2014, in a small town recognized as an educational and scientific center, home to six state universities.
The brand name takes its inspiration from the classic dessert — a moist and fragrant syrup-infused pastry, that feels like a grandmother’s warm hug.
Baba’ is a term of endearment for a grandmother, finds its origins in Europe, the very place where this sweet treat has its historical roots.

BREAD & BAKERY
We specialize in crafting artisan bread and sourdough loaves, boasting a diverse selection of over 50 exquisite products.
Our high-volume bakery production takes place in well-equipped central kitchen, working diligently overnight – to guarantee the availability of the freshest goods by sunrise.
CAKES
Out of the large variety of displays, 2 are always dedicated to cakes.
You can always order custom-made fillings and decorative designs for any holidays and special events, choosing from a variety of over 30 flavors.
PATISSERIE
Our patisserie selection features a variety of delightful pastries, crafted fresh each day to bring a touch of sweetness to every moment. From classic favorites to seasonal creations, each pastry is made with care and high-quality ingredients.
FOOD
